Vibe Designing: become a Vibe Designer
A four-day training for designers: you learn to have AI agents build your interfaces, and you leave with a web SaaS and a mobile app that are genuinely coded, ready for a developer to plug in.
Everyone talks about vibe coding. Few really know how to hold it. This training exists for that: you no longer draw every screen, you run agents that do it for you, and you keep the direction. What you design is what ships.

The promise
Designers, take the lead
This first Coding Mate training is for designers. UI, UX, product. It is built for any workstation and any corporate environment, from the locked-down large group to the small studio.
Designing with AI takes nothing away from your eye. It becomes your main lever: you decide, the agents execute, you correct. The time you save on production goes back into what makes a good product: states, transitions, detail.
That little animated button. The one nobody ever built.
In practice, you leave with four things.
More creative
Things that were out of reach become possible: a working prototype, a complex interaction, real data that moves.
Faster
An idea in the morning, a usable interface in the afternoon.
Further into the detail
Micro-interactions, animation, empty states, edge cases. Everything you skipped for lack of time.
Usable by developers
A cleanly coded design the developer connects to real data instead of rebuilding. Otherwise it is pointless.
The Figma layer no longer exists
The world of "a request comes in, we make a Figma, there is feedback, then a developer picks it up and rebuilds it" is over. Yesterday, design got lost between two trades, and every detail cost an iteration. Tomorrow, the designer does everything, the developer connects.
You write the spec, your agents build the coded interface, you iterate on it without going back through Figma. The developer connects: real data, backend, security, release to production. They no longer interpret, they plug in.
Before day 1
Thirty minutes, before day 1.
A thirty-minute scoping call with me, before the training, so you arrive on day 1 with the right tools and a project that looks like you. That is where we check what your company allows, and choose the models and subscriptions that fit your context.
- Your AI subscriptions. The subscriptions you need are provided for the training, under the terms agreed on the call.
- Your workstation and your environment. Mac or PC, iPhone or Android, your company's security rules: we adapt the tooling to your reality.
- Your moodboard. The interfaces you love, the front ends you spotted on social networks, your references. They become raw material from day 3.
- Your goals. The product you want to build during the training, the format, solo or as a team, and the pace.
The programme
Four days, four deliverables.
- Day 1
Understand and equip yourself
A full pass over the models on the market, without the jargon, against a single criterion: which one is best for what you do. Gemini, Kimi, ChatGPT, Claude — why one rather than another, and when a Chinese model beats an American one.
- The state of the models on the day of the session, with their real strengths and limits.
- All the tooling: assistants, coding agents, interface generators.
- Equipping yourself in any ecosystem — locked-down corporate, SME, freelance — and installing your stack on your own machine.
By the end: you know how to choose your models and your tools, and your machine is ready.
- Day 2
Specify and orchestrate
You stop designing and start running agents that design for you. We begin with a wireframe, turn it into a specification with Spec Drive, then put agents to work at scale. And we watch what happens when the prompting is bad, then when it is good.
- From wireframe to spec: describing a UX that works, not just screens.
- Running several agents in parallel, splitting the work, checking what comes back.
- Comparing, on the same brief, a vague spec against a sharpened one.
By the end: a working web SaaS generated from your own specs, and a method for directing agents.
- Day 3
Create and bring it to life
Your references become real interfaces. We test, model by model, how to get from a screenshot, then from a Figma file, to something coded — and you learn to direct the result down to the micro-interactions.
- Screenshot-to-code and Figma-to-code: what each model reproduces faithfully, and how to correct it.
- Your moodboard as art direction: type, colour, movement.
- Generating an iOS or Android app, depending on your machine, and going into the detail: transitions, states, that animated button.
By the end: a mobile app coded in your style, and a web interface refined down to the detail.
- Day 4
Iterate in production and connect
A Figma laid over tools that are live: you annotate the running interface, the agent applies the change. With Annotate Kit you point at an element of your working web or iOS interface, describe the change, and get a precise instruction for your agent. Then we make sure everything you built can be picked up by developers.
- Iterating without Figma: annotate, correct and validate straight in production.
- Design system, reusable components, states and accessibility.
- What the developer connects: real data, backend, security, tests.
By the end: a coded design ready to be connected and shipped, with the developer hand-off clearly documented.
The big principles, though, stay.
The Coding Mate tools
Two in-house tools, built by Coding Mate, used in production, at the heart of the training.
Day 2
Spec Drive
Say what you want. Watch it get built right.
Your idea becomes specifications, scenarios and verifiable steps. Your agents — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini — work inside a frame, and every task is proven before it counts as done. A Mac application, free and open source, everything stays local.
Day 4
Annotate Kit
Point at the pixel. Ship the change.
A Figma laid over your running product. You point at an element, restyle it live, annotate it, and get a precise instruction for your agent, naming the component and the line of code. For the web and for iOS.
What you take away

Choosing your tools

Tomorrow's job
The subject moves too fast to promise a fixed method. But the broad movements are clear. Tomorrow, a digital product is carried by a PO and a tech lead, or by a trio of PO, designer and tech lead. The PO carries the product, prioritizes, decides. The tech lead connects the data, the backend, the security, and signs off the release. Between the two, the Vibe Designer specifies, directs the agents, builds the interface and iterates in production. They save the PO time, and the tech lead plugs the whole thing into the real world.
The designer will have to move toward a PO designer role, or a tech designer role. That is exactly what this training prepares you for: staying indispensable in an organization that is getting leaner.

The trainer

My name is Alexandre Cormeraie. I am Head of AI & Innovation at TGV Europe, and co-founder of Connected Mate. I apply AI every day to development and tech-lead work, on real products, in production. The training is not a digest of things I have read: it is my practice, passed on.
I walk with you through your choices, your hesitations and your iterations, with one goal: that you are autonomous after the session. On request, I can introduce you to companies and startups that already work this way.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Your design practice is the starting point. Your technical level is assessed on the preparatory call so the path, the tools and the project can be adapted. The goal is to understand what you are building and to work with agents and developers, not to write code by hand.
Are all four days compulsory?
Four days are recommended, to cover every subject and leave real room for practice. The training is customisable: content, pace and length adapt to your objectives. The terms are set out in the quotation.
On my own or as a group?
Both. One-to-one for a bespoke path, or as a group for a design team, a product team or a company. Format, location and terms are agreed together on the framing call.
What tools and subscriptions do I need?
They are chosen with me before the training, according to your machine, your company's rules and what is available to you. The AI subscriptions required are provided for the training, on the terms agreed on the call.
Will my application be ready to publish?
You leave with a coded web SaaS and a coded mobile app, built to be picked up by developers. Shipping remains a technical step: real data, backend, security, tests. That is exactly what day 4 prepares, so your developer connects instead of rebuilding.
Can we meet companies or startups?
Yes, on request. Depending on your objective and on availability, I can arrange meetings with companies or startups already working this way.
What does it cost, and how do I book?
The training is offered on quotation. Message me on WhatsApp, or by e-mail: a first conversation pins down your needs, the format and the calendar, then you receive a personalised proposal.
