Purpose

These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions of use of the connectedmate.com website and of the services offered by CONNECTED MATE SAS. By accessing the site, the user accepts these Terms of Use without reservation.

Access to the site

Access to the site is free of charge. Telecommunications network access and usage costs are borne by the user, under the terms set by their internet service provider. CONNECTED MATE SAS reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the site at any time, in particular for maintenance.

Use of the services

The user undertakes to use the site and the services in accordance with their intended purpose and with these Terms of Use. In particular, the user shall not:

Terms of sale

Services offered

CONNECTED MATE SAS offers management consultancy services, as well as software applications (Better Dictate, NoteTaker AI) and related services. The detailed description of the services is available on the dedicated pages of the site.

Prices and payment

Service prices are stated in euros (EUR) inclusive of all taxes. CONNECTED MATE SAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, services being invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order.

Payment is made online by bank card through the secure Stripe platform. Payment is due at the time of the order.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, simply send a request by e-mail to legal@connectedmate.com before the period expires.

Termination

The user may terminate their subscription or services at any time from their personal area or by contacting support. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. No partial refund is made for a period already started, except where the right of withdrawal is exercised.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
